Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated October 24, 2026.
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everything you send us to print, and to how you use the dashboard and API. Quantum ("we") prints what partners send without reviewing it first, so following this policy is your responsibility.
Rights in what you print
You may only send content you have every right to print and sell. In particular:
- Copyright. You own the text, images, artwork and fonts in your files, or have a licence that covers printing and selling them. Content from stock libraries, other books, film, television, games or the web needs a licence that allows it.
- Trademarks. You don't use brands, logos or characters you don't own or license, and you don't make products that could pass as another company's.
- People. You have permission to use the names, photographs and likenesses of the people in your content where the law requires it, including from a parent or guardian for minors.
- Personal information. You don't publish anyone's private information, such as contact details, financial or health information, without the right to do so.
Content we won't print
We won't print, and you must not send:
- anything illegal where it is printed or delivered;
- any material that sexually exploits or endangers children. We report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement, and close the account;
- sexually explicit material;
- content that promotes violence, or hatred against people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or another protected characteristic;
- threats, harassment or content meant to intimidate a particular person;
- content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or encourages self-harm;
- statements about a real person or business that you know or should know are false and damaging;
- counterfeit or forged items, such as currency, identity documents, certificates, tickets or official forms; and
- counterfeit goods, or products that infringe someone else's rights as described above.
Whether content breaks this policy is our decision. We may also decline content that is lawful but that we choose not to print.
Using the dashboard and API
- Keep your API keys and webhook secrets within your business, and don't sell or share access to the Service.
- Stay within the request limits we set, and back off when we answer
429. - Don't probe, scan or test the security of the Service without our written permission. Report a vulnerability to security@quprod.com instead.
- Don't try to get around the Service's limits or checks, such as file checks, credit checks or rate limits, or access accounts, data or systems that aren't yours.
- Don't copy, reverse engineer or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing one.
- Don't send malware, or file links meant to harm the systems that fetch them.
- Keep the information in your account and orders true; don't impersonate anyone.
Reporting a problem
To report content printed by Quantum that you believe breaks this policy, write to abuse@quprod.com with the product, where you saw it and why it's a problem.
Copyright complaints. If you believe a product we printed infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent: Copyright Agent, Quantum Fulfillment, LLC, 39 Everett Drive, Princeton Junction, NJ 08550, legal@quprod.com. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the copyrighted work you believe was infringed;
- the product or material you believe infringes it, with enough detail for us to find it;
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for them.
A partner whose content was removed may send a counter-notice to the same agent. We close the accounts of partners who repeatedly infringe.
What we do about a breach
Depending on how serious it is, we may decline or stop an order (an order we decline is credited back in full), remove a product from your account, ask you to fix your content or your integration, suspend or close your account, and report illegal content to the authorities. We act without notice when the law requires it or harm is likely. If you think we made a mistake, write to support@quprod.com.
