Privacy Policy
Last updated October 24, 2026.
Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Quantum Fulfillment, LLC ("Quantum", "we") handles personal information through the partner site at www.quantum-production.com, the partner API at api.quantum-production.com, and the printing and shipping of partners' orders. It covers three groups of people:
- Visitors and applicants: anyone who reads the public pages or asks for a partner account.
- Partner users: the people at a partner business who sign in to the dashboard or use its API keys.
- Recipients: the people partners ship to. Partners send us their names and addresses; we don't collect them from the recipients themselves.
For recipients' information, we act on the partner's behalf, to deliver the orders the partner sends. The partner's own privacy notice governs its relationship with its customers. If you received a product printed by Quantum and have a question about your information, contact the business you ordered from, or us at privacy@quprod.com.
What we collect
| When | What we collect |
|---|---|
| You ask for a partner account | Company name, website, country, your name, work email and phone (optional), the products you're interested in, what you make, expected monthly volume and how you heard about us. We also record the IP address and browser the form was sent from, and the result of a bot check. |
| You sign in | Your email address and sign-in records. Your password is held by our sign-in provider; we never see or store it. |
| You set up your account | Your ship-from name, company and return address, your logo, product names and SKU numbers, webhook addresses, and who on your team has which role. API keys are stored only in a form we can check but not read back. |
| You pay | Your billing details and payment history. Card numbers are held by our payment processor; we see only the card's brand, last four digits and expiry. Any tax-exemption certificate you give us. |
| You place an order | The recipient's name, company, address and, if you send them, phone and email; links to your print files and the files themselves; what was ordered, charged and shipped, with tracking. |
| You use the API and dashboard | Request records (time, IP address, the endpoint called, the outcome), a log of changes made in your account and by whom, and whether the emails we send you were delivered. |
How we use it
- To decide on and set up accounts: reviewing requests, opening the account, inviting your team and starting your trial.
- To make and ship orders: printing your files, putting your ship-from name and logo on products and labels, and giving recipients' addresses to carriers.
- To bill you: charging plan fees, top-ups and orders, calculating sales tax, and sending receipts and statements.
- To run and protect the Service: signing you in, sending webhooks and service emails, stopping spam and abuse (the IP address and bot check on the request form are for this), fixing problems and keeping records of changes for security and accounting.
- To meet legal duties: tax, accounting and responding to lawful requests.
We don't sell personal information, share it for advertising, or use recipients' information for anything except delivering the partner's orders. We email partner users about their account and the Service; we will ask before sending you marketing email.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the companies that help us provide the Service, under contracts that limit them to that work, and as the law requires.
| Who | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Sign-in (Amazon Cognito), sending email (Amazon SES) and storing logos and the print files you upload (Amazon S3) |
| Railway | Hosting the dashboard, the API and their database |
| Stripe | Card payments, plan billing and sales-tax calculation |
| Cloudflare | The bot check (Turnstile) on the request form |
| UPS, FedEx, Purolator and ShipEngine | Shipping rates and labels, using recipients' names, addresses and, where given, phone numbers |
| Production and support system providers | Running the systems Quantum uses to make orders and answer support requests |
We may also disclose information to comply with the law or a valid legal request, to protect the rights and safety of Quantum, our partners or others, or to a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized. Our service providers are in the United States, so information about Canadian recipients is processed and stored there.
Cookies
The site uses only what it needs to work. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

- The docs remember which programming language you picked for code samples, in your browser's local storage.
How long we keep it
| Information | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Account, billing and order records | While your account is open, then 5 years for tax and accounting |
| Downloaded print files | 30 days after the order ships |
| Print files uploaded in the dashboard | 60 days after upload, or 7 days if not used in an order |
| Request logs | 30 days |
Security
We encrypt information in transit, store API keys only as one-way hashes and webhook secrets encrypted, keep card numbers with our payment processor rather than ourselves, and limit staff access to what their work needs. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at security@quprod.com if you find a problem.
Your choices and rights
Partner users can see and correct most of their information in the dashboard. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask what we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to object to how we use it. Write to privacy@quprod.com; we will answer within the time the law requires, and won't treat you differently for asking. Recipients should contact the business that sent their order first.
Children
The Service is for businesses and not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 except as a recipient's name and address sent by a partner.
Changes and contact
We will post changes to this policy here and tell partner users by email about significant ones. Questions go to privacy@quprod.com or Quantum Fulfillment, LLC, 39 Everett Drive, Princeton Junction, NJ 08550.
