- Run full-page photos 0.125 in past the trim on every edge
- Keep faces and captions 0.25 in inside the trim

Questions
What size photo book should I choose?
A 9 × 9 square book suits most photo collections. Choose 8 × 8 for a smaller, lighter book, and 11 × 8.5 landscape for wide scenery and spreads.
Glossy or matte?
The 8 × 8 hardcover comes in gloss, which makes colors pop. The other sizes are matte, with less glare and fewer fingerprints.
How many photos fit in a photo book?
It depends on your layout: one photo a page in a 40-page book holds 40, and collage pages hold many more. Books run from 20 to 160 pages in steps of 2.
How do I know my files are right?
